I can say the same, honestly............I can't help but think that this client's general ledger would be better off if it were done by hand. Quickbooks is a great product in the right hands - too bad the input is usually done by part-time office temps with bad attitudes.

I’ve been listening to some Ultravox tonight – I put on Lament.
I've also also listened to this about half a dozen times today. It’s totally stuck in my head

Had a bunch of family stuff going on today - so not much music. I managed to hear some Duran Duran driving around this morning - Hold Back the Rain got played randomly - kind of put me in a good mood.

Love your work playlist - The Stone Roses are an old favorite. I think they got back together and toured last year, but unfortunately not in the US. GBV's great too - I wish I had more of their albums......I think I only have one of theirs - Isolation Drills - a really great disc. I remember listening to "Glad Girls" a bunch when it came out - it got a lot of play on local college radio.

I didn't know that's how Hutchense went - i thought it was a heroine OD........... an OD would've been far less embarrassing.........
I guess you can chalk some of it up to Karma - he shouldn't have gotten involved with Bob Geldof's old lady.

There's some good ones one your playlist. Good Green Day tune - nice to see they're still going strong all these years later....part of me always thought that Billie Joe Armstrong really really wanted to be Pete Shelley -- that's not a knock on him -- but I think think there's some really strong similarities there. Inxs was great too - it's a shame about Michael Hutchense.....such a waste the way his life ended.
No music tonight aside from some radio tunes and some background music from the bar I was at. I just got back - had a bunch of beer and onion rings and will likely be regretting both in the morning. We finally got some proper Rochester weather - there's a few inches of snow & ice and the roads are a complete disaster - can't wait for the morning commute.

Heh, I'd never really thought about it from my parent's perspective - I'm sure it completely destroyed whatever NYE plans that they might have had.....

Interesting how that stuff works during pregnancy. I wasn't actually induced (I was born at like 5 a.m. that day) - but I know it was being discussed that they would induce labor later that evening if nature didn't run its course. My mother was already over a week late with me, plus my father really wanted the tax deduction for that current year.
