Oh god just having a desk cry.

I said this on the closing announcement piece, but the Toast made me not only a grown up but the type of grown up I had always wanted to be. It inspired me to be my most misandrist queer self, to generally be as weird as possible, to actively seek out and nuture a community of fabulous women and to view that community as primary rather than secondary to other relationships in my life.

They are so annoying and the people who refuse to hear any criticism of corbyn/labour besides "weren't anti-immigrant enough" are so annoying and everyone sucks.

Worrying, all of the labour postmortems I'm seeming imply that the party has to respond to nativism without any acknowledgement that it's a created through a process you can actively oppose and change. I see a real danger of labour becoming a party that is very left on the economy and very xenophobic otherwise.

I am FURIOUS with the labour party reaction. Immediately declaring that Corbyn was iffy on it all along, the party is the center, and yes actually immigration does need to be cut down is not the stuff opposition is made of.

The conservatives fucked up, but I didn't expect better. Did expect better of labour.
