It's difficult for me to give your information much credit when you are clearly biased, and seem to skew everything against the right-sizing project. Sorry.

Congrats on the the early success, Perry. I checked out the website and was less enthusiastic when I saw the prices. Are these materials used environmentally responsible, or is the play to create an artificially high quality product by jacking the prices way up? Curious for Perry to weigh-in, I know he's reading.

Yes, because the "successful and wealthy" have so many "bad breaks" from the government already... hahahaha.

Where are you finding these charts? Are you plotting the data yourself? If so, where is this data coming from? Thanks.

From talking to people who have been in Boulder a long time, IBM changed the demographic of Boulder, but not the actual look and feel of inside the town. This seems to be going to affect both the feel and the demographic.

I am a young tech working, and I'm not exactly on the "rejoice" plan. I read your previous comments so I know where you're coming from as well—a relatively similar place as mine—however I think this deal is a break-even at best for the city. It's going to bring a lot of bright minds and innovation, but it's going to be at the cost of more cars (as a cyclist this means inhaling more exhaust fumes) and higher stress points on the limited housing.
