Hello you guys. I love this show. Every time I have listened to it, I have come away inspired, motivated, empowered and ready to implement some of the awesome tips you all have to offer via the great guests. I really love the special bonus tip at the end of the show. I feel like I come away with real tools for creating change in my life. This is powerful stuff. It's obviously not just about becoming more efficient; it's about becoming more conscious in all aspects of your life. I love it!

This was a great show! Duff's questions pointed right to some core issues that I have been struggling with and generated some wonderful suggestions and resources. I'm going to have to go back and listen again because there was so much great information. I found it very empowering and had many insights on how to implement the suggestions as they were discussing. I love this program already and plan to check out the other shows soon!
