Would love to see the master bath with this kind of setup. Your pet alligator can play in the soaking tub while you take a shower... or vice versa. :)

That's what I was wondering... if this place was going to have a gator problem. It's not very hard to visualize somebody's boat parked in the driveway after a hurricane, either. I would never feel safe on waterfront property in hurricane territory. I'd rather be on the deck looking for bigfoot in Idaho than swampsquatch in Florida. Too much to worry about in this location. Hope everybody's Christmas was Blessed.

Washington State's laws are deceitful. They do absolutely NADA for serious medical marijuana patients. They'd rather sell you their tainted product... then allow you to organically grow your own. That was my first RED FLAG.
