Time to thin the herd.

Just like everything else. Tea Party people tend to be middle class and employed. The Government therefore feels it can tax the hell out of them to support the shiftless and helpless.

Yeah. My preferred outcome would not be to have some idiot politician who emboldens the protesters chew my ass about something he knows nothing about. I bet you import 200 cops from Chicago and this thing ends really quickly.

Well I bet if they would turn around, put their hands behind their backs when they were told they were under arrest this wouldn't happen. But the union "Mob" mentality takes over. Shockingly when they are dealt with appropriately they take a new tack.

Punch bullies in the mouth and they become pussy cats.

I have worked the lines when UPS struck in Seattle years ago. I have seen other informational picketing where there was not a problem. These idiots need to look in the mirror. They are so ignorant that they don't realize that part of the reason they strike is to get community support. But you have to do it the right way.

Then again I suspect that some of these guys can't read and will never read the comments we all are posting.

The 75th Ranger Regiment is a volunteer unit. If the sole reason he committed suicide was to avoid another tour he could have bowed his way out by going to the regular Army. Those guys (Spec Ops) are doing an unbelievable amount of the work overseas but they are all volunteer units. The stress is horrible but they are volunteer units.

Easy. We'll send them right back. Ask the transients in Seattle why they come there. I was told that the rail riders talk about Seattle and the 32 foodbanks. We'll just ship them back. Not as "tolerant" over here with that kind of thing!

OK. Government breaking a promise. Shocking.

And do you really want to trust them with taking control of healthcare?

Shockingly I feel almost the same amount of disgust at the defense attorney as I do the convict. I so tire of these "true believers" going off the deep end when the trash they defend gets what they deserve.

As someone who works in the criminal justice system I must say that I am shocked anytime a jury actually finds anyone guilty anymore. But there aren't many that deserve a verdict much more than Allen. For some reason I just have a feeling that this isn't his first run in with the law either.

Oh yeah, Government intervention always makes things better.

Could it be that when the government refuses to let domestic oil production continue (let alone increase), inflates the dollar by flooding the market with new bills and regulates an industry causing the companies to spend billions to comply with the rules that might cause some price increases?

Our state makes almost 40 cents per gallon (when you include some additional local taxes) and the Feds take their cut at almost 20 cents/gallon and the oil companies make approximately 4 cents per gallon. So the state takes 10x the ammount of "profit" the oil companies and they don't do a dang thing to bring it to market. What is more obscene, the amount of taxes on the fuel or the profit made by the company?
