I am voting "no" but c'mon if you are going to imply that level of corruption by Ron Corbett at least cite some evidence. If you have even a small amount of here-say evidence then bring it otherwise its ridiculous to even imply. At least say my "brother in law heard ____ from ___________. " Something. ???????????????
