i would prefer to see her in a prison imate uniform, and... mark my word, we will. we have already been provoked, and the DHS report is as stupid as most DHS employees. let me further explain what i know. the bulk of DHS is local, state and federal law enforcement acting together. very little of them are outright DHS. those that are, are mostly idiots. really, i'm serious. they are certainly no army. they can field a swat team or two. but they are really not a threat. now gathering info on citizens to use as legal fodder in a corrupt government, yes they are dangerous. but in my opinion, they arent going to have the corrupt government to use the info. within., we are taking care of that. bottom line is, any of these people that stand against you, is your enemy. treat them with extreme prejudice.

you are correct, TEXAS was not the first. I am pointing to them, because they are our largest state and very influential. AND you are right again, this (declaring sovergienty) does NOT repeal anything. BUT what it does do, when there are 26 states, is allow for a constitutional convention to be called by those 26 states, and that can repeal the 16th and 17th amendments. repealing BOTH is critical. 16 takes away the money, 17 takes away the power. no money, no power, no fed.s. it is just that simple.

iam. i say, bring it. (note) in my professional life, i meet and deal with alot of law enforcement. they are all ready, to fight WITH US. believe it. DHS is made up of two basic types. the real LE (that are us) and the want to be's that are your typical worthless fed employee type. the "cant get a real jobbers".... dont worry, we are ready and able.

i read it. i printed it, and have been making copies available to my circle of friends. my comment is "so what". the DHS is powerless against US. we will roll over them as if they were not even there. They are NOT committed to a fight. Have you ever seen some of them? i have, they are typical worthless government employee types. they are certainly not an effective force, by any stretch.

EVERYONE!!!

Start a petition in your state, call your legislaters, call your governor... lets all follow the Texas example and declare our sovergienty and strictly enfore the 10th amendment upon the fed.s. This is great news, the Texans are leading the way. this is REVOLUTION! and is exactly what we need.

as soon as 26 states follow, then we can repeal the 16th amendment and abolish the federal income tax, dispose of the IRS and then we can TELL the fed.s what we will pay for and what we wont.

next we can repeal the 17th amendment that makes senators federally elected, instead of appointed by your states government. the fed.s wanted this amendment because they knew it would become very difficult for you to control the fed government if you had to wait for an election cycle. and they were right. put it back the way our founders wrote it, appointing your senators from your state, means you can remove them at ANY time and REPLACE them as you will thru you state legislature.

the soverngienty movement is perfect. dont forget, we were founded on the principle of STATEs RIGHTs and the STATE (you) controlling the fed.s, not the otherway around (the way it is now)... WAY TO GO TEXAS.... (i told you all revolution, was coming.... now JOIN UP!)
