People work to make money, not friends. No one cares if you like them.

I'm not quite sure these strikers know what they are getting into.

This is a different era. Companies nowadays are less likely to give in, to striking workers. They are looked at as people who have no loyalty. FURTHERMORE, and most importantly people who would strike are security risks. Remember these people are making aircraft that carry large numbers of people. Would you want someone working on an airplane who you know has NO LOYALTY for the company? Seems too high risk for me in this day in age.

Unlike the past, our country is in shambles, and there are MILLIONS looking for jobs.

You might end up losing EVERYTHING, and for what?? A few grand in benefits?

I don't know about you, but I would NEVER gamble with my future.

Look folks.

The fact remains that you are gambling with both your own and families future.

The 80k I stated includes ALL benefits (Vacation, sicktime, medical, dental, bonuses)

You think in a day in age where there is a 6.1% UNEMPLOYMENT rate that Boeing will have any trouble at all finding new people?

You are a well paid workforce. Times are tough for everyone. Just because a company says they are making billions does not mean all of that is pure profit. Most companies cook their books.

Stick it?

You guys are the only ones losing. The rest are still getting paid nicely for doing their JOBS.

Here is a novel idea. If you want to make more money, get an education and get a better job. Don't blackmail the company that puts food on your table.

Is blackmailing your employer a christian thing to do?
