The "bonus room" is the Mega Dens. In there you get to decide paint color, collar tie stain color, and fan - and it's also closely tied to the library/office/hobby room.

As for the existing structure - yes, they might have taken down interior walls, but as for the exterior, it's pretty much all still there. And the foundation is pretty decent.

Good Housekeeping will get the entire guest suite, which is now one large room (I think), and that is the vote on the Lodge versus Floral, versus whatever the last one was. The guest 'wing' I guess you could call it encompasses everything to the right of the stairs, and is blocked off from Mega Dens by a door. That way you could put an entire guest family (bunk room, bath, guest suite room) up there, and they wouldn't be bothered.
