I would imagine the main purpose of this motion is to serve the investigation - if a person of interest has come up with such a large sum, investigators need to know where that money came from. Behind the scenes, all the dirty laundry is likely a game of chess in order to get some answers out of someone.

I agree. It just comes across as a very "Casey Anthony" thing to do. And with other children still at home, would one really be able to easily leave their side until the missing child returned home safely? I think I'd be sticking to my other kids like glue and not leaving them with anyone or letting them out of my sight.

This child's disappearance is so upsetting, I really hope and pray this little guy is safe and found soon.

did anyone see "The Day After Tomorrow" where the main American characters tried to seek refuge in Mexico (but as I recall were denied border entrance)? I thought it was a clever bit of satire compared with the U.S. and its lax dealings in the reverse.

Yay for Seth Aaron! I was rooting for our local all along, plus he's the one designer that had a good attitude, was respectful toward ALL the other designers, put forth reliably great efforts/good fit/detail, and a strong aesthetic that was uniquely and consistently his own.

And LOVED that his runway finale ended with smooching his wife and family before leaving the runway. Well done.

Definitely agree on the need for assertiveness and some a**-whooping skillz. But I have to disagree on changing his appearance - I say, move to LA and get this young man into acting, I think he is adorable with those blue eyes. Like an Elijah Wood, or a Robert Pattinson - he might be a future heartbreaker. Then, wouldn't those bullies be so envious. So sad that some stupid jerks can steal his self esteem...kids can be so mean, and most don't know *jack*.

possibly that they were still attached to the umbilical cords. if the mother did not separate and tie off the cords before she died, they would have also died due to no oxygen. Babies do not breathe on their own if their cord is not separated from the placenta. :( so sad for all.

LOL!! I'm quite the hypocrite I'm afraid. I am SO against illegal immigration and I get completely ticked off if an ATM first asks me what language I want.

But, when May 5 rolls around - (aka Cinco de Mayo which means the 5th of May) - I have no problem dashing into the liquor store for a little tequila. I don't need much prompting to enjoy a margarita! Gosh. I am a hypocrite. Oh well... and I raises my glass. ;)
