Oh man, you guys make me laugh. Defining the relative sanity of the GMTR readership was an unintended side effect of the analysis...

You have to admit though, there is a weird gap between the so called normal people and crazy people. It seems to take a special kind of person to bust through that 50 moves threshold. I mean, 50 moves is like 2 moves a week . That's a lot of time spent working the wire.

Whatever you're doing Brenden, Ballhype seems to like it. The top tag that Ballhype comes up with for GMTR is the Los Angeles Clippers, which is probably 100% of our problem right there. On the other hand, the top tag it pulls for 2RR is Ben Gordon. Ballhype indeed works in mysterious ways.

I was trying to think of an appropriate scapegoat for the Celtics and failed miserably. Maybe Doc Rivers before last season or Glen Davis before the playoffs... but now? If I said KG, would it be punishable by stoning?

Well, I’ve swung back and forth on Big Baby like a human grandfather clock. I loved his energy off the bench last season, grew to dread seeing him miss jumpers and make stupid plays for most of this season, and now I’m back on the bandwagon.

In some sick and twisted way, it actually makes me more likely to draft Camby and Arenas next year because nobody is going to want them. I'm the guy who drafted Chris Webber every single year until he mercifully retired, so my threshold for pain is off the charts.

Great analysis of the Readers' League. Just goes to show that there are many different paths that lead to the playoffs.

Considering I hitched my wagon to Marion, Camby and Gilbert Arenas, I'm surprised mine actually went anywhere.

And about the top 5 players idea, the fact that Paul, LeBron, Wade and Kobe all found their way into the playoffs might say something about a team being able to draft a stud.

sammy makes a good point, the Celtics clearly have the league on their side. But maybe if Joakim Noah could have tackled a few more Celtics, the Bulls might have had a shot.
