I still buy like $120/month in vinyl. Most pressing plants are in the UK and even paying distro prices the exchange rate is unfavorable. I can't transition 100% to digital DJ'ing just cause most of the venues I play aren't set up for it. I'll like, play 2 or 3 vinyl plates while it takes 10 mins to set up final scratch. Even with cd-j's I can't tell you how many times I've hopped on a CD-J deck and had the thing skip on me because they're not very good with any sort of shock. I *still* pay $75 to get a dubplate cut that I'll play max 15 times just so I don't have the hassle of setting up. I fucking love vinyl.

Jobs is responsible for OSX. ALL of his hardware has sux0r3d. NeXT boxes don't need color! They're for academic use! WHO NEEDS COLOR?? (Color video adaptor + monitor $2000 extra.) I don't even think OSX is going to be a product in a couple of years ... with Apple transitioning to consumer devices.

both of those tunes were on a really really famous mixed LP of tunes from Studio 54, it was like 3hr long but you'd have to change sides every 15 mins. They probably played that. Its *classic*

oh, awesome.

eh. shes out of ICU but still in like, starvation mode where her stomach is distended like an Ethiopian famine victim. Its obs that she's healthier ... but I couldn't deal with it anymore and drove to SF yesterday and now I'm waiting for it to turn light to drive back. I'd say shes getting the vitamins she needs and such to maintain normal hair and skin and function, but she's still way way way sick.
