Bro here is a tip I have learned over time - let it go. :) The older I get the more I realize that I can beat myself up over and over about the little stuff and the big stuff too, but in the end will it really matter? Nope.

Keep your head up bro because you are a talented, gifted, & very intelligent person! Don't beat yourself up too much.
