Awesome, glad to hear this has been helpful! Feel free to reach out with any questions during the process and if we can help, we'll do our best :) My recommendation is get in as early as possible and give them as much information as possible!
Best of luck

Tough question and I'm really not sure I am sorry! I just know that I did form 40SP and Dan did form 47SP, no one else in the family did them but we don't have children yet and didn't have any family members migrating with us. Sorry I can't clear that up for you anymore.
Perhaps call Immi/Border and speak to them for clarification.
Best of luck

I'm really not sure with your question sorry - my advice would be to run it by an migration officer to double check before you pay the crazy visa fee! They might recommend you wait a little longer but they also may think you have enough evidence too!
Sorry I can't help too much but don't want to give you the wrong advice.
Best of luck!

Thank you, that is so wonderful to hear! We couldn't find any decent information online when we were applying and the process (as you know) is quite stressful and so that is why we decided to write the post in the hope it will held others!
Goodluck with the process! x

My understanding is that she would have no trouble getting a tourist visa (usually 3 months I think). Dan and I visited whilst we were living in the UK for my brothers wedding (him on a tourist visa) and whilst his partner visa was being processed and we had no issues! We did email immigration to let them know we were doing it, just to cover ourselves :)
