Starting to brand new homeschool 5 children all at once? Hat goes off to you! I sure hope you did something a bit easier, like workbooks!

Funny, I've actually been considering getting an au pair or nanny. There is such a stigma attached, but everyone I know who has gotten one for help has been happy.

Ha ha, I have a whole drawer of earplugs!

yes, one particularly hard evening I stared in my pantry, trying to find an easy supper that could be ready in 15 mins.... and none existed. Everything was "make from scratch' and would be a big production. The next day I made a huge grocery trip of convenience foods... alot of freezer stuff and things that come in boxes with directions. Soooooo not me! Oh well.... they will live.

Thank you, Susanna! I promise you, I WILL indeed check your blog... just don't know when. I have a running list of sites I need/want to visit and slowly tick them off when I have spare time... which has been pretty non existent lately. But I will!

Oh, I haven't had more than 5 consecutive hours of sleep for almost 5 years now. I've never been a good sleeper, though. Anyways, yes, I'm glad mom is coming, I need it. She is a huge help. And yes, my husband really struggles with being away, he hates to see me having a hard time when he is too far away to help me.

Thanks, Tesha. Yes, I feel the same way about blogging, that's why it was a struggle for me to decide what to do with it. I was developing a love/hate relationship with it. Well, definately stick around, because if you like writers who don't have it all together, man, am I your girl!

Thank you, Stacy. I hesitated to post it, thinking it was sort of hanging out my dirty laundry... but I know there are other women out there going through the same sorts of things, so I am glad you got that out of it. And yes.... I think I will be taking a bath when Mom is here. :)
