Yes this was tragic and Mrs. Osterhus is paying the ultimate price...the loss of her precious child. Per Watchfuleye: While God does give us children to protect...he still understands that we are imperfect beings. I find it hard to sit and place judgement when I myself have made silly mistakes that could have led to someone being hurt. I wonder how many times we've all backed up w/out really looking in the mirrors, change lanes without using signals, walking in a non pedestrian zone, drive while talking on cell phones, I'll admit to leaving sunscreen out and my child got a hold of it. We are HUMAN! These are all common sense things but lead to mistakes. Mistakes are just wrong judgement calls. This is what it is. We've all made them and I just pray and thank God no one has paid the ultimate price. I will not cry for the child because she is with her heavenly father. FYI: running a red light is actually a crime! I pray for peace within Kaely's family. Paula is a good person, just made a human error.
