just finished your article. i have a cousin who is 5'9'' and 92 kg. he always tries to find some excuse so that he doesn't need to go through the exercising drills. surely some useful tips to get over those lame excuses. i am gonna show him your article for sure. possibly, he might be able to change himself after that.
