The afternoon gym visits are more because I\'m done with work for the day, but have sat on my ass most of the day. I can spend 60 minutes on an elliptical fairly easily if I have something interesting to watch on TV or on my iPhone. I generally just feel like I want to get of the house (working from home) at the end of the day more than anything else.

I totally agree about eating like an adult, I think that was part of my problem after I left the service. I still ate like I was when I was very active and not spending 8 hours a day in a cube.

Congrats on the 20 pounds!! That totally rocks!

Mrs. H, I wasn't commenting on the specific issues that each piece of legislation addresses but the choice that each President displayed in their invitees.

Maybe this was a bad example for President Bush, I don't know as I didn't review pictures of him signing every piece of legislation in the last 8 years. As I said in the beginning of the video it was in an email that I received and found it interesting. I did enough research prior to recording the video to ensure that the pictures actually represented the moments that they purported to in the email.

I still stand by my description of President Bush's photo, he WAS surrounded by old white men in the video.
