1937? I do not think there were drug lords in Mexico back then or in the united states back then.

I thought they did human trafficking, kidnapping, black market products, money laundering and a host of other activities. I'm glad you shortened the list. So we should legalize drugs in order to stop the violence in Mexico. I'll pass that along.
