This former agent won his cases on the basis that their is no authority for congress to collect the taxes.

The case above cited where the Supreme Justice ruled that "where the construction of tax law is doubtful, the doubt is to be resolved in favor upon whom the TAX is sought to be laid', predates the war powers act by 70 years as the decision was rendered in 1904.

NCLB expanded the DOE 2x. NCLB was simply mandated gov. testing. Hundreds of billions then funneled through DOE to achieve their mandated testing goals. Instead of eliminating it as as been the platform since 1980 GWB with the help of santorum and others DOUBLED IT. Add those debts with the debt ceiling increases and unfunded wars coupled with the free money for the banks through the corrupt federal reserve we sit on a debt crisis 50x larger than greece and we can only get 'cut' to projected increases....

ron Paul was against it then as he is now.
Paul also identified the housing bubble in 2002. There are hours of federal officials saying "nno one could see it coming. Impossible to predict....ect"
Yet paul did along with all those from the austrian school....

Santorum's votes for all these bills ,however well intentioned (even though he claims he was against it while oting for it) disqualify santorum from the job of POTUS. Why would I hire some one that has shown me dozen of time they are either incompetent or playing team politics for personal gain like santorum (and gingrich).

since 1980 the republican platform was to eliminate the dept of education. When we finally had both houses and the presidency they decide o go ahead and double it.

It was never a good Idea.... even rick santorum said it was not a good idea, yet he voted for it....
