I do believe this house was build to b green and if God grant me this price i wont change anything at all, the only thing i might do is finish the bedroom in the basement just bc i have a big family and need all the space i can get to accommodate everybody comfortably other than that this house is very well thought by experts with time the only things i will be getting is a large baking set so i can cook away all those delicious veggies and organic food ill b finally getting, so at this point i wish each and every one the best of luck and pray that our lord will grant this home to that family that needs it the most.....

I also will like to take this moment to give my love heart and appreciation to the wonderful team that made this dream possible to HGTV and they er delightful team of designers to Jack and Linda to the Serenbe community the builders and all the hands that work hard to make this dream possible and to Monica, Jaime and Brian for showing us the house.... OMG what can i say!!!! this house have everything a woman can dream and this mud room is small but full of surprises thats what you call a very goos use of space all tucked in and a second laundry ahhhh!!!!!!! amazingggg, I live in a small apartment and dont have any where other than my pantry to store my pets food My Doutch (bullmastif dog) and my Presya (angora kitty) will be so happy running around in this house....Praying every day for the chance to enjoy organic farm life, this will b my biggest dream come true ready to move down south again... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

Ok Dont know much abut Long Beach CA but, I spend 4 years in FL, and there is one place that no one have post abut good old TAMPA BAY!!! Why Tampa because there is the Tampa Bay Downs very well known horse track, then there is Gasparilla festival abut the legend of Jose Gaspar(Gasparilla) an Spanish Pirate known for his operations in FL, then we all know there is many cruise ships that port there too. SOoooo i feel very confident abut Good old TAMPA BAY, FL...

But then I'm from Boston, MA we have Captain Kidd, The Suffolk Downs, one of the must important ports of the country, and tonssss of light houses OMG this is so TUFFFF......
