I have a feeling the setup will be cardboard again or feel small.

AJ styles and his buddies? TNA needs to create new stars, not constantly reuse stars from their "original" days or bring over known WWE talent.

so you're saying there is no way they can improve their viewership?

They have been taking a long term approach for a long time.... and it has only hurt ratings.

Weren't they supposed to be building these solid stories and characters since the rebrand to Impact Wrestling 2 or so years ago?

WOW. This is just terrible. Literally 2006 numbers and even lower than 2007/2008 numbers. They haven't been able to raise their viewership in 6-7 years of being on Spike. I think this might have some Spike TV execs rethinking their relationship with TNA.

Fact is other than a few shows, the attendance was poor and crowds not all that great. I doubt even some of the larger shows (Chicago) made a profit simply because the cost was most likely larger than the revenue. TNA has certainly lost millions to this on the road experiment, no matter how many people they cut...they still couldn't have survived if they kept Impact on the road. It's a positive step forward for TNA. Hopefully TNA can make their new Impact Zone better looking than the previous one and keep the place packed.

multi billion dollar company? That is disputed. But even so, they have still shoved millions (if not 10's of millions) at TNA.

That would be nice! But what sponsors? They can't place any sponsor logos if they don't have any sponsors!
