i never got what was the big deal about the timeline. for me any zelda game that was not a sequel to another zelda game was a new link; no connections to any other zelda games needed. the timeline might as well not exist and nothing would change for me.
if other people are intersed in the timeline(which they are) then they can have fun but i still don't get the appeal.

tried watching for the hell of it and there are ss spoilers(should have saw it coming) at about 2:30 so i am out of here. i have not played the game yet if you can't tell.
apparently "zelda is the incarnation of" something. i paused before i could hear what this something was
