I loved your column. I follow you and Twisted Oak on Twitter. I have never had Twisted Oak, and in the past I thought the Twisted Oak website was very whimsical and silly and as such, had concerns about the quality of the product.

You did a great job letting consumers know that the number on the bottle is a range of alcohol levels, and giving your suggestions on pairings. Although I don’t believe in the point’s game, I was intrigued that it was awarded a “90” which was an indication that although the “rubber chicken” is the roving ambassador to Twisted Oak, these aren’t cheap gimmicky “critter” wines.

You sold me on the wine with the simple word “balance.” The middle path is hard to find my friend.

I am enchanted with your site, especially, your recipes. “Coriander-crusted Lambchops” “Herbed Lambchops with Pomagrante Reduction” Dude, you’re killing me here.
