Why is it a must to constantly balance the Commonwealth budget on the state employees shoulders. Since this administration has taken over seven years ago, it has battled raises and constantly threatened budget impass which has come to light this year. Congrats, you finally got what you all must have promised your friends. I believe our law makers fight hard to avoid this. To hide behind children, or rather miss lead thoughts of poor education, is to mislead the public, clearly. Knock it off and get back to business. The emergency money is there for a reason... Not for future overspending and bigger government which is all that has taken place over the past seven years....
