I live in North Dakota and my husband has been a landman for over 30 years. We are drilling like crazy here, can't keep up with the demand for workers or housing. Our legislature is looking at passing a law to protrct us from Obama and the EPA:
Rules adopted by the environmental protection agency are null and void and of no force and effect in this state without the approval of the state agency with subject matter jurisdiction in the area governed by the rule. The environmental protection agency may not conduct visitations or inspections in this state without the prior approval and permission of the state agency with subject matter jurisdiction of the subject matter of the visitation or inspection.

Hope they pass it.

Barbara is a liberal, they judge whoever they want for any reason. Protect terrorists? No problem! Stand up for Muslims and Sharia law...no problem. I always wonder where the liberal women can stand when Sharia Law dictates beheadings, female genital mutilation, stoning of women for adultery, honor killings, forced and arranged marriages, women cannot leave their house without a family male escort, separated swim times at pools for males and females and complete subjugation of women by men. A more chauvinistic religion cannot be found on the planet-yet, it's growing like wildfire.

While Bush did fund the wars through emergency supplementals (not the regular budget process), that spending did not simply vanish. he spent too much, Obama has made it much worse in under 2 years, much done with "emergency spending". President Bush expanded the federal budget by a historic $700 billion through 2008. President Obama would add another $1 trillion.

The package includes other green-energy incentives that could win support among House liberals, who are disappointed the Senate failed to take up a comprehensive energy reform and climate bill this year. They include tax credits for biodiesel and renewable diesel; energy-efficient homes; alternative fuels; and a 30-percent investment tax credit for alternative vehicle refueling properties.

The bill also includes an increase in tax relief for mass transit, an extension of tax benefits for property owners who set aside land for conservation, and a special tax deduction for elementary and secondary school teachers.

So...no costs with this...

Millionaire Congress: Half of Our Lawmakers Top $1M

In 2009, nearly half of Congress, 261 to be exact, are millionaires, 55 of them boast personal fortunes of more than $10 million, and 8 of them pass the $100 million mark. Only 1% of all Americans have the pleasure of a bank account with more than $1 million.

Love how these fools keep talking about all of the Millionaires and Billionaires.

Hopefully the people will do some investigating of their own like they did in Bell.

Yes, I comment on many sites, I have found many "friends" on other sites, they don't seem to be here. I guess I prefer sites where recommend each other and continue with debate. This site seems to not to that. Someday maybe...but I will continue to go to sites that support.

Interesting site, seems the only ones who recommend comments are a small group. I prefer sites where there is real debate and some sense that people argee with with my opinion, I never get that here. I will move on to where I get real debate. I tried, I didn't get any support here. Good site, I will continue to read.
