Simple, Garrus took off with the ship and it wasn't stolen. Legally it is his and his alone, after all he purchased it and then decided he was going to take off. As for Lily, we'll see the whole them against the world thing doesn't seem accurate to me though.

Their culture is a little more complicated than that. Remember they are still married according to their culture; which means that Tesla sees Zephyr as more than just a guard dog. So, to that degree he is a loved one, even if her way of showing it is bad. Given this and the way she treats sexuality, it shouldn't be surprising that she wants as many 'desirable' partners in bed as possible.

As for the rest of it, remember that only Gilarose and Arachne are currently selling their bodies. Everyone else is just sort of...there at the moment with the exception of Zephyr who is on guard duty and Jack whom is kind of a supervisor.

Just letting you guys know, every one of the choices can be changed around to how you want it. Meaning Tesla can advert, but only Gilarose be on duty and that sort of stuff. If you want, multiple people can go advert as well, as well as Zephyr.
