This is the first one that I have sat out waiting with an non-JBed iPhone. Other than me theme, I don't have much use for it any more, and the new fresh iOS 7 is a different theme to me, so I may stay here for a while longer. Keep healthy my friend and have a happy new year.

Actually, he is questioning if his eBay purchase may be stolen since the seller is not replying with the Apple ID, but this happens frequently [the owner does not wish to give the Apple ID and may not know that he needs to do so]. He should dispute the sale with eBay. He is a victim too and as decent human beings, we should give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm not familiar with that, but I would go to "Settings", "General", "Reset' and choose "Reset Network Settings".
