so your argument is actually based on wanting to outlaw abortion and then it further upsets you that a 17 year old could access what you view to be an abortifacient?

It's not ego. It's frustration at the constant abuse of the thumbs up/thumbs down button. If you actually read the rules, those buttons are for distinguishing comments that further a discussion from those of trolls.

Consent is based on each state's law. It varies wildly. My personal favorites (sarcasm) are the states that have the age of consent below the driving age, so someone has to drive you to your shotgun wedding.

Uh, no, we didn't "all do things". And we wouldn't all have been terrified to speak to our parents if we found ourselves in this situation.

If you want the government out of children's reproductive rights, then raise the age of consent.

I responded to something similar on another post, and no, the majority are not 'very sexually active'. If you're raised correctly, you either postpone sex until you are capable of raising a child or make sure that you aren't going to get pregnant. And yes, your family is dysfunctional if your kids are afraid to talk to you about it.

The Plan B pill is creating a hostile environment for implantation of a fertilized egg. Similar to an IUD.

Not only that, you can approximate Plan B by taking several birth control pills at once. So you are right that this is not exactly a new option.
