If you think medicare is bad, wait until the Goverment passes this Universal heath care plan. This administration or this party for that sake is not concerned about the people. All they are concerned about is the power and money.

Medicare, medicaid, social security etc, were all programs brought about by Democrats to bring favor to their party. All politicians care about is getting re-elected and gaining more power. Obama however, takes the cake and if given enough time and opportunity will take everything from the American people. First he will take control of all banks, then he will take everyones 401K's and other retirement savings programs all in the name of saving Social Security. But the end goal is to have everyone dependent upon the government. Once that happens there will be no turning it back. All Politicians need term limits. Without term limits we are all at their mercy. The founding fathers had great visionary intentions for our country and they warned of this happening. So, it is time to stand up before it is too late!!!!!!

The people pushing this will still have their money and their power. It is the middle income earners and the poor that will be affected. These politicians need term limits without benefits when they are done. That would make them think more about what they are doing to the rest of us.

It is obvious that you are a cool-aid drinking liberal. Since you are so up on the constitution, where does it state that the Treasury Secretary can take over non-bank financial firms if deemed necessary. Let me help you, it doesn't. If anyone should be held accountable for violating the constitution, it is the administration currently running the country into the ground.
