I posted a reply here in defense of Kong. There was nothing in it that was offensive in any way, shape, or form. No personal insults were included, and now I find it deleted. Apparently, nothing at all has changed and the children are still in charge of this section. The site has my full permission to count this as strike 1, 2, & 3. The comments here will soon be reduced to the same 6 to 8 TNA fan boys posting repeatedly. I won't be one of them.
He would have had to come too far out of this character to do it.
This is a prime example of " What goes around comes around." They lost a great talent and a great person over $50. Screw them, and their disrespect.
Now this is the way it's supposed to be done. You don't start promoting the day before, or the day of, the show as they've been doing.
Bob Carter runs a family business. Its always been that way, and it always will be. He's not interested in partnerships in any way shape or form. When you're ranked in the top 0.03% of the energy companies in the world, partners are completely unnecessary.
You don't have a clue how badly I want you to be right. I recently went on a TNA watching marathon. I went through all 25 of the 2002 pay per views. I enjoyed them far more than what I'm watching now. It was wilder, much less predictable, and the surprise element was non stop. And, the X Division was far superior to what we have now. They were real X Division style matches, not generic cruiserweight stuff that's currently being served up.
If your info is correct, that would be 30% off the top 10 most populated countries in Asia. Thailand would come in at #11. That is one hell of a lot of people not getting coverage. It would be my guess that the state controlled media in Russia isn't carrying it either.
Old School Heel makes it sound like there aren't automatic deletions. Just for me, I don't care how many people thumbs down a comment I make.
I'm not quite sure what you're saying. If enough people vote a comment down its deleted automatically, and the site has no control over that?
Regarding point 3. I think it's the most important. A very few (sorry, I just don't know how else to describe them) hardcore fan boys have been able to hijack the comment section and turn many of us off to it.
Regarding the move to DisQus, I think it's fine. You used it for a short time, & I thought it was superior. Unfortunately, it was so long ago I can't remember why.
