Oh yeah, because when Samoa Joe made his TNA debut, Mike Tenay referenced him as a former upw champion. Oh wait, he talked about Joe's ROH run. And Low Ki was far more known from JAPW. And the Guns, they were noticed in BCW. Nothing is more fun than screwing with a TNA apologist.

Actually that is true, the guys at Nitro once WCW went downhill in 1999 had a tv set in the back tuned to Raw.

WWE doesn't have problems with attendance, especially during an awful period for them.

Not exactly the "cheap pop" Mick was looking for.

We aren't talking your 58 year old father who worked swing shift for 40 years at a factory, smoked a pack a day, and drank beer keeling over from a heart attack. We are talking about a pro wrestler, some of the most physically fit (especially cardiovascualrly) people in the world. And specifically one of the most athletic. And there doesn't seem to be any history of heart disease in his immediate family, so logic says steroids took a toll. Look, I'm not trying to condemn Savage or any of the other stars of the late 80s and early 90s. The heavy majority were on the juice among other things. I'm just hoping this generation has learned. I'd hate to wake up in 20 years and read about how Cena, Styles, or Richards dropped dead of a heart attack in their early 50s.

Bullshit, there's no way that accident killed him. He was probably dead before the car hit. Poor man's heart gave out. Look at how many WWF stars during the Zahorian era gave died. You think it's a coincidence?

He was booed, the ratings dropped with him as champion, ect. Let's face it, the guy was that generation's Ultimate Warrior. Got over huge with minimal talent, flamed out, and wasn't worth much after the first run. If Hulk Hogan couldn't do anything for tna's ratings and buys, what makes you think a 45 year old Goldberg would?

ROH hasn't been a DVD based company since Gabe was fired. They profit now on live events and iPPV.

As far as the ROH talent in tna, people will get to see them do what they do best. Instead of 3 minute matches where they lose to a middle aged WWE castoff, they'll be able to have 12-15 minutes with guys as good as they are.
