Her voice is terrible without pitch correction! My ears slammed shut as she warbled her way through the song. I, like many, prefer a more traditional rendition of the National Anthem, but it seems as though the NFL is more interested in big names than talent.

Children who recieve corporal punishment will learn to behave so as to avoid punishment. They will do whatever they think they can get away with and avoid punishment. Corporal punishment does not reinforce good behavior, it only reinforces the desire to avoid getting caught.

Judging from her reaction, of course the child is going to lie when he gets in trouble. His desire to avoid the psychological and physical torture is reinforced when she reacts like this.

The chemical component that makes hot sauce "hot" is the same regardless of whether it's a jalapeño, poblano, or habañero. Capsaicin is also used in pepper spray because of its properties as an irritant. Capsaicin can cause chemical burns in higher concentration.

So, yes, it's a chemical burn that the child experienced. The fact that it did not leave scars or other significant physical evidence does not make it any less horrible.

Same here since 2001. Unfortunately, I still end up spending five to six bucks for a 32 oz. soda when I go to an event.

Terri is not running scared. She is safely at her parent's home in Roseburg. Did she look at all concerned or afraid to you when she appeared in court last week regarding her divorce?

As for the rest of your response, I have to ask, "Did you read my post," or did you just read that I hypothesized a stranger abduction and your knee-jerk response is to get all defensive about it?
