It really doesn't matter if you believe me or not. You know that me or someone like me is out there doing it for real. HOV is a stupid way to control traffic.

What they need to do is generate laws that prohibit morons from tailgating, because that causes them to hit the brakes, which does the same for the person behind them and so on. I challenge you to watch traffic from an overpass one day & see what just ONE person's tailgating brakes does to the people behind him/her. You will see that it is a crazy domino effect that ripples away from behind the driver for nearly a mile before people have to stop reacting to his tailgating.

Tail-gaiting should be a felony.

What people need to do is just drive the HOV lane on purpose regardless of laws and regulations, just like we do with speeding. The acual law states 60MPH MAXIMUM!!!!!, but everyone goes 65-75.

We should do the same with the stupid HOV lanes as well. Do you realize that in Atlantic City that they shut off the HOV law for awile and learned that it significanly helped speed up traffic??? And now, with 167, the state is raping us for more money just to be able to drive in it. Do you pay attention to their silly double white lines, I don't.

I drive in the HOV lane all the time. I haven't been caught once. I do it every single day. I could care less about the traffic laws that reduce traffic speeds and cause more congestion for the sake of looking green or making revenue. I drive from home to work every single day alone in my car in the HOV lane & I give the finger to every camera and cop car out there, and you know what; not a single ticket.... Not even one.

Or like that insane woman down south with enough kids for several families.

(Anyway, what are you doing posting in this thread? Can't you see this is for the highly negative group???)

Are you for real???

North America: Option Canada, COLD!!!
South America: Option Rain Forest (GREAT IDEA!!!)
Europe: Option none.
Africa: Option Desert, Jungle.
Russian Federation: Option North Russia, COLD!!!!
China: Option Desert
Australia: Option Desert
Antarctica: Option Desert. COLD!!!

We already live in all the good places. Everything else is desert, rain forest, jungle, mountains, or freezing cold land.

Look at the proof for yourself.

Over the edge? We've already done that!!!! We've cut down almost the entire Europeon forest, in the process of destroying the Amazon forest, and have so many people in the world that the slums of India make their living by digging through landfills. Then you have world hunger, etc., etc. etc.

In the movie the Matrix, the computer program Agent Smith tells the character Morpheus that he finally figured out what humans reminded him of. He said, we are like a virus. We multiply and multiply taking over everything in our way.

Another movie comparion is Star Wars where they show a planet that is all city, not a single tree left. If you look at history of old Europe you'll find that the whole continent was forest; now it's almost entirely all gone.

Another movie comparison is Soylent Green where trees and steak and soap and even jars of fruit are so rare almost no one sees them. The temperatures is always in the 100's and there are so many people that most don't even have homes and sleep right out in the open air. Eventually it's found that to keep people alive, they are feeding the people... people!

Actually, when you think about it; over population is the world's biggest problem by far. If it wasn't so bad, highway traffic would be much less as it was in the 70's for instance, traffic stops in cities would be far less (think of all the new traffic lights you've seen put up), lines for groceries would be smaller, and communities would be stronger because like small towns of the past we would all know each other and we would know our neighbors better. Global warming wouldn't even be an issue.

This is probably the number one reason that I'm not afraid of dying. I just feel so sad to see us destroying this world so quickly.

You're missing the point, and once again doing it on purpose because you lack the ability to truly be a debater at all. You're just a person that enjoys arguing.

What you're misunderstanding is that the "peg" is with the guy looking at the women. Consider it this way, one of the women is going to be prettier than the other one, easier on the eyes. The other one is there so the guy looking doesn't have to see the naked body of another guy. So the transference of that "not so good looking" woman is much easier for a hetrosexual man.

I expect another angry reply full of misunderstanding to arrive soon; but I'm going to catch some Z's. And you know what, tomorrow when I get up; I might or I might not check this thread to see what's there. Because to me, this isn't a big deal. I have an opinion; I gave it; so what. I didn't even tell my wife about it. And before you jump to conclusions again, it wasn't because I was ashamed but because it's trivial to me.

I don't have to keep my opinions to myself. This is a free speech country. If you can't handle that, don't read an opinion commentary website. Simple as that.

As far as your sexual orientation, I'm glad I don't know you in real life; that way I don't have to be ashamed of seeing your face.

Personally, if it were me; I would say I chose to be gay even if I didn't. I'm not a coward. I'm taking my stand against strong opposition from nearly 100% of people here, and I do not fear you or anyone when speaking my mind.

I would hide my shame. I would hope my family wouldn't hate me, but I would understand it if they did, because I would be one sick, disgusting, useless human being.

I'm done for the night. Enjoy the last word. It's not like you were willing to actually "debate" anything anyhow. You just wanted someone to talk down to until your husband got home.
