It should be dissuaded, yes. Illegal? No. But it will give the state another reason to collect money from citizens. Oh, joy. More government control.

This will only give police officers another excuse to pull over drivers for what they *think* they saw. This is a completely unnecessary law to be moved into effect. If cell phone usage is going to be banned, everything of the like needs to be banned, like eating, using the radio/changing CDs - anything that distracts from staring forward.

I notice you are still as dimwitted as you were last time I had the pleasure. I don't drink anything other than beer, typically. I prefer to beer with a rich taste, like brown ales. I drink to enjoy, not get inehbriated, you drunk.
