He's already got a gun violation, and this isn't his first boozy driving "incident":

Wow, newsflash! No S#!T, Sherlock. Of course, that is a "PC approved" statement, acceptable to the Newspeak Thoughtpolice Mavens of the Media Mind. Almost everyone who hears it, nods their heads approvingly, murmuring "uh-huhs" and expressing contented agreement.

However, if the story had included the line: "... white voters are expected to overwhelmingly cast their ballots for Romney", some people would immediately blow a gasket; the accusatory charge of "RACISM" would be probably be shouted from most finger-pointing lead stories around the country; while the megaphone-mouthed "activists" would somehow find a way to use it as another mindless, badgering, chant while threateningly "demonstrating" in near-riot conditions.

What an interesting situation.

Nope, there are no "toys" inside Cracker Jacks now, just a harmless tiny little paper booklet with a few P.C. cartoons or puzzles.

Actual Toy "Prizes" (small toy guns, rings, cars, whistles, soldiers, etc) inside Cracker Jack boxes were outlawed by our Nanny State years ago.

Somebody, probably several "somebodies", besides the slayer knows who pulled the trigger.... but I wonder if they know they can also be prosecuted as "accessories to murder" if they continue to shield this brutal killer. Let's hope at least somebody wises up and comes forward very soon.
