One more thing. I'm over 40 years old I've never needed the police to help me, I've never had to call the police to "protect and to serve" me.

I bet he claimed his legal status plus his 4th and 5th Amendment rights. He's Innocent until proven guilty, that is the beauty of the USA and our Constitution. Lets see if he's found guilty of anything in a court of law.

I remember when "fake" dui charges were brought against me I claimed my legal status 4th/5th Amendment rights and my case was dismissed, --lack of probable cause, no proof just "fantasy make believe" by the arresting officer. It was the police officers reality, he was trying to force his reality into my reality. Reminded me of "Alice in Wonderland"

another example of "Public Servants" using "magical fantasy make believe" to deceive an innocent private citizen, separate him from his money, property, and freedom with "make believe" charges based on made up accusations, smoke and mirrors, over zealous anti Americans!

I couldn't be more content here now with what I've recently learned in the last 3 years of my life, I thought I knew it all, but there was something missing, something that I knew was really wrong and I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was.... I was a Straight A student in US Government. I graduated in 1984. I'm astonished now that at 44 years old I've discovered what the "Public School System" did not teach me/us in US Government in the early 80's. "They, Them, the Tyrants" only taught us what they wanted us to know. Being taught by the Fox that guards the hen house! Perhaps?

I'm going up against the "Public Servants" over at the California DMV. During a traffic stop in 2007 I claimed my 'legal status' my 4th and 5th Amendment rights based on the lack of "Probable Cause". I hired an attorney requested the dash cam video from the arresting police agency, and a jury trial. The police "alleged" that I was going 60 in a 45 mph zone. I was traveling 46 in a 45 mph zone. After requesting the dash cam video I found that this video was lost, stolen, or damaged. Of course it was, it would have shown me going 46 in a 45 mph zone and it would have shown that the police officer committed "perjury" on the written police report.
My case was dismissed in State Superior Court. I was not convicted of the "Alleged Charge". The DMV interpreted my dismissal as a "Magical Make Believe Conviction" . For the past 11 months the DMV has been reporting a "Fantom Conviction' on my DMV report absent any legal "Court Conviction". (?)

My attorney and I became aware of this "Alleged Mistake" or "Fantom Conviction" in June of 2008. We went back to State Superior Court and we're given a "Minute Order" (Nunc Pro Tunc) meaning, "now for then" from the Judge. The minute order compels the DMV to "Strike the Record" to correct and remove the "Fantom Conviction'" from the record and hold it true and correct. At this time the DMV is in violation of the State Superior Courts Order as the DMV has refused to comply with the courts order. My attorney and I asked a DMV officer; How can you interpret and report a dismissal as a conviction? The DMV officer refused to give us an answer and told us to send a certified letter with the paper work and court order, we did this and the DMV denied the Court Order again.

This is the exact same behavior displayed by the DMV employees in which Glenn describes in his show regarding all "Public Servants" in our Government that are here to work for us and protect us from Tyrants in all facets of Government and laws but don't. Instead rather these Public Servants act like "Masters" trying to control and punish us. I've stood up since the moment of my Traffic stop. Am I being punished for standing up?

This is happening not only to me but many American Patriots that are to afraid to stand up for their rights, don't know how to articulate their experiences into words, or have just been decieved by these Tyrannical Public Servants into submission. "The Masters are being deceived by the Servants"

In my case regarding my 'Fantom DMV Conviction", it lacks all Moral Judgement, Ethics, Reason, Logic, and Common Sense. Is this an "Act of Fraud" committed by the "Public Servants" at the DMV? How do we the people
hold the DMV "Accountable" for this?

I feel as if the Public Servants at the DMV are punishing me for claiming my legal status and rights as a Proud American Patriot. Is the DMV making a 'Mockery" of our legal system, the Judge, and our Courts? I have a court order to strike the record?

The "Civil War" with the Tyrants at the DMV (?)
Thank you for posting my "very difficult" question/comment here. So here goes the details to a really hard question: I claimed my legal status, 4th and 5th amendment rights during a traffic stop in 2007. My case was dismissed in a "Court of Law," The State Superior Court in April of 2008. The DMV for the past year has been reporting a "Fantom Conviction" on my DMV record. The State Superior Court provided a "Minute Order Nunc Pro Tunc" last June of 2008 to strike the record of this "Fantom Conviction" remove and fix the damage, the California DMV has since ignored this court order. What can I do to remedy this act of "Fraud" by the DMV? Is this an act of "Fraud" by the DMV, DMV agents, DMV Officials, or DMV employee's which has yet to be determined? Why would the DMV ignore a State Superior Court Order? Am I gonna go to jail for asking these really hard questions?
