My only regret is that we aren't able to torture him for several days like he did with Holly. We have to be "humane" with these slimey killers, even though they are far from humane themselves when they commit their cimes. I'm sorry that we don't have a very active death chamber in this state. If we have a limited state budget (which we are all feeling now) let's give the $50,000 a year to support the old retired couple that worked hard all of their life, over keeping sleezy killers like this on death row.

Interesting idea, but only solves a small piece of the problem. Dispersing the oil slick still leaves all of the toxins in the water and still poisons all of the fish in the gulf. These fishing industries will be decimated for many years to come. You may help to reduce the amount of black goo on the formerly white sandy beaches, but the poison will still be in the water and mixed into the sand on the beaches. I expect that there will still be a poisonous residue over everything.

What they need is a way to send ships into the slick that are equiped with water purification systems that can filter the oil from the water in the slicks - removing the oil, not spreading it around more.
