Man Russon really hates The Hop.....he was the first to complain when it was introduced, claiming it was the "senior citizen shuttle killer" even though it was just replacing it......now this? Sure it could be better advertised, but it would also be awesome if the hop ran more shuttles and even on the weekend! Please spend more on the hop mr. fiscal conservative.

i was just saying i'd like the option to ride the bike and leave it in the city-i think more people in Hoboken would use it if they could do that as well. I know I would...The logistics of the JC one-not really my problem and not really applicable to Hoboken (size, demographic). Anyway, that ship has sailed (or the bike has left), so we will see how it goes :)

I think the JC one was set up to work on both sides of the Hudson.....

from http://www.citibikenyc.com/faq:

Does my Citi Bike key work in NYC and Jersey City?

Yes, Citi Bike members enjoy full access to the Citi Bike system across NYC and Jersey City, when the system launches this fall. One membership key works on both sides of the Hudson.

I understand the decision behind not using Citi Bikes (i heard it was based partially on that these bikes are cheaper to rent), but the option to ride to NYC and leave the bike would of been an amazing option.
