In school today i noticed that people will complain that you did something wrong like: you didn't catch that football it was right in your hands, or how could you not block that ball. Kids do that but the thing is they don't do anything, they don't even try to catch the ball or block the goal cause they know they cant. so if they can't why complain at us for doing any better than they could. then when i though about it politicians do that too. they complain about what other politicians don't do that they could've done, when they should and could be doing the exact same thing that they are complaining about. People always want to focus on the negative things when talking about other people but when they talk about themselves they act like they are perfect. so they talk crap about other people and what they don't do when they AREN'T doing they exact same thing.

so what i think about the economy is that the bailout is not working. giving the bailout money to GM is pointless. they are losing 1 billion dollars each month so giving them 10 million dollars is just prolonging their fall by 10 months. a lot of companies during the Great Depression went bankrupt and all the companies that managed their money before and during the Depression survived because they were the best at what they did. so each depression is really just survival of the fittest, or the ones who give out the best quality materials and items. so if GM doesn't know how to survive then i think they shouldn't. so at the end of the depression what was left were pretty much the smartest and best quality items. but after the Great Depression we went right back to how we used to be which was spending money that we DIDN'T have. we need to manage our money and only buy what we can afford. so when the banks give out loans and suddenly when the stock market crashes and everyone is losing money. they are not gonna get back their money and they will fail.

Im only 14 years old and I have a strong opinion about the government and the economy but when i try to talk about it with anybody but my parents no one listens to me and tells me that i don't know what im talking about. I have a math teacher at my school who talks to my class about the economy oftenly and agrees with us and what we say. so what im saying is that anyone who is younger than 18 is often written off as(in political matters) just stupid so this website actually gives me a chance to make my voice heard. so my next comment or possibly 2 will say how i feel about everything.
