More horsecrap horsetail, the average cost in Texas in 2005 was $7142, with a national average of $8618. Oregons average is from $10,000 to $14,000. And Texas does have a teachers union, like in Oregon, it is the largest and most powerful, and corrupt. This can be easily found online. Government schools and teachers unions are indefensible!
