I fell in love with TNA a couple months after I began watching WWE, it was probably like July or August 2009. I liked both of them equally at the time, but now I obviously prefer TNA. By the way just in case I get any comments about it, no I haven't watched wrestling for as long as many of you, but I have basically studied the history of both companies since watching, along with WCW, ECW, etc.
Awesome article, really highlighted the positives as opposed to most things about them.
I don't like the way they debuted Tapa. I was hoping it was at a PPV so she could make a bigger impact, but whatever. You may not have been impressed with her wrestling ability, but keep in mind she has only been wrestling for a few years, and she it was her first televised match since early 2013. She has improved, and will continue to do so.
the main event mafia storyline could've been amazing but then kurt went to rehab
I don't agree with getting rid of everyone over 40 because Bully is in the best shape of his career. Also since you mentioned efeds I've been in them since 2010 lol. Honestly, I agree Magnus isn't known enough. His match with Joe was proof he is not ready to be world champion yet. He should be in contention for a while, but he is not ready to be world champion. I'm interested to see what new faces come to TNA in the next few months, and what they do with people who haven't been on TV in a long time (Sam Shaw, Zema Ion, Rockstar Spud, etc.)
Agreed about King Mo, don't know the other guy but that's a good thing haha. I do think they should get some masked high flying guys
Awesome article I agree he has evolved so much since his debut and I can't wait to see what they do with him in the future
I don't agree with the thing about Hardy because he is easily one of the most popular guys in TNA, but I do completely agree with that they need new young talent. In my TNA Weekly PPV article I talked about how the show started out with Tony Mamaluke vs Kid Kash in an awesome fast paced ten minute(maybe a little more or a little less) match. What happened to stuff like that? I just tweeted it, just give us 10 minutes of Manik vs Sabin, Kenny King, or even Austin Aries, and they'll put on a hell of a match. Take away one of the annoying Dixie promos and replace it with an X-Division match!
Thats why we all know the whole 'WWE is too big to even acknowledge TNA' thing is BS. They had one of the biggest names in the history of their company come back for the first time since the 90s!
That'd be AMAZING, and it would be an amazing way to bring back one of the best knockouts ever (Madison)
