The idea to use a house show setting to tape One Night Only PPVs is awesome. It's already a step-up from the previous ONO model. I'd imagine the production value for these shows will be limited. Probably a smaller entrance set, which makes sense. Just hope the lighting is still decent. I just wonder if they're going to promote this better in the area or they're going to be lazy with it like they usually are with house shows.

Don't know how that got such a low rating but quite honestly I don't care either. Those who chose not to watch it missed out on a pretty good show.

Yeah I think what's more feasible is to convert some of the house shows into these ONO PPVs and have a smaller entrance stage than what is normally used for on-the-road Impact tapings, maybe more in tune with what they use for house shows but with better lighting. And yes, tape the show the night before it airs on PPV.

I think the only solution to having the ONOs have some kind of story is to replace them with the 8 PPVs that TNA have now turned into TV specials for Spike, except have them at a lower price since they would be taped a day earlier.

It's actually not in the Tsongas Arena. It's at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium which has more of a theater-type seating configuration and has a capacity of 2,800. It hosted Thursday Raw Thursday in 1997.

Remember, they're doing this to fulfill their international commitments. They expect a certain number of PPVs a year, and TNA needs to provide them one way or the other.

I was really hoping they did this. They at least needed to tape it in front of a big, energetic crowd to make it a show worth paying for. Hopefully a more energetic crowd will push the wrestlers to put on an even better show.

The Gail Kim invitational is a great way to bring in new Knockouts. I suspect the first (only?) talent to come in will be Santana Garrett or maybe Candice LeRae.

I guess TNA still believes Rob Terry has a future. I'm yet to be impressed by him but maybe a stint in Japan is just what he needs.

Jay Bradley is a great idea and it seems they weren't using him much anyway, so hopefully he hones his craft in Japan and comes back with a bang. He has potential but he needs to be booked right.

Don't care what anyone says, I'm pretty excited about TNA and its future.
