Yes...good to see you, again, puresue! So grateful to all on this challenge...the connections we have made have been amazing! Namaste!
Hi John ~ I have to say, I am glad you are on Gratitude Log, too. I absolutely love your way with words, so I am grateful to have a venue to continue to follow you and your voice. Take care!
And you, too, Bernard! It has been so wonderful hearing your voice through your stories and meeting your wife and friends through those stories, too! I wish I could join you for the 100 challenge that you are planning! The transition of being back in school and working and being an involved mom is enough of a challenge for me, right now. So, enjoy, and I hope we meet again!
And thank you, Ted...you have been so committed and inspiring, and you have definately helped me stretch! As others, I am looking forward to seeing news of your project!
hi misterzee ~ I did miss some of the last couple weeks because I had trouble keeping up now that I am more involved with school, so this is the first I have heard of your accident. I, too, hope you are making a good recovery and am grateful that you have been a part of this journey. Such an amazing group of people gathered together...we all learned and grew together! Cheers!
Ahh, doesn't cleaning the diet (soda out, water in) and cleaning the psychic energy (less TV, no news) make such a difference on so many levels...think meditation :-) So glad to have met you through this forum, AF...hope to see you and many others from here in future conversations!
Tom, I must add to your list of fans...you have committed so much of yourself to this challenge, and as much as you have gained personally, we have gained much more from what you have shared. Looking forward to your book!
And, thank you Jayne...it has been wonderful to see you blossom here, and it has been a gift to share this PN journey with you!
Oh, 50 days...and, yes, seems like a great note to end on...the big ideas were wonderful, but for the 49th day and today, I leave this reading of the note very much touched by Brian's interpretation. First, "Beautiful. So, nature has rhythms. We have rhythms. If we want to live our greatest lives, we’ve gotta be good animals and line up to the deep rhythms of life." Well said. I think so often the biggest issue we have in modern times is that so many of us do not live in alignment with our rhythms (for example, changing our clocks twice annually to completely throw some of our daily rhythms!). And, in Brian's conclusion, "Your spiritual energy is the deepest source of your power. To tap it, we’ve gotta know who we are and what we stand for. AND, we’ve gotta live in integrity with those values…So, who are you and what do you stand for?" Wonderful. I finish here so very grateful for Brian's work, for his collaberation with Vishen and Finer Minds, and to all of you for your wonderful insights. Namaste.

As I read those words, a sense of calm came over me. I thought about the laptop I'm typing on, the furniture I am resting on, the house I am living in. Of course this isn't the first time I have done an exercise in awareness of how many people affect my life, but I feel like I heard it a little differently this time. So, once again, I feel grateful to Brian for what he has shared with his work in bringing the books and his wisdom to us through these notes. And to you all on the challenge, sorry to have missed so many days, still hope to catch up, and so grateful for what you all have shared throughout the challenge...it means a great deal to me.
