Ask a friend/family member, if they know someone with an illness/physical problem of some sort. It's important that the "case" is a person that you are unacquainted with, so that they can, when you are at alpha level, give you the name and age of the "case" without you knowing who they are.
There are many ways of "reading" a different and unknown person; some get a clear picture, and can see where the problem is, some hear voices, and some can get a subtle, or strong, kinesthetic reaction. If nothing happens, you can ask your helpers, if you have programmed your laboratory level, to point you in the right direction. Bear in mind, that some people refuse to be "read", and this can be an explanation to why some case - work - sessions seem to fail.

Another good thing with doing this "live", is that both you, and the one presenting the "case" can ask each other questions. If you sense that the "case" has back problems, you can just ask "Does he have back problems?" Or, if you are stuck, the one presenting can ask you questions, to get you out of a blind alley, such as "What can you see? / What is he like? How does he talk/walk/behave?"

It's good fun, though it can also be quite overwhelming, particularly if you experience a strong kinesthetic reading.

Holoviewing is the mirror of the mind - but a more...potent version; you enter the white frame; your desired outcome, and create a full 3D version, with taste, smell, vision, hearing, colors, feelings, kinesthetics etc. - to say it short :)
I recommend you find a partner to do case working with; it can be done over the web as well, but the experience is way more profound, if the person presenting the "case" is in the room with you.

Hello and good morning people!
Here's a few thoughts and ideas on today's topic:

You know, this is some of the work that I love best about the Silva method; projecting into the future, or to a different place, case working etc. But, as Ken mentions, the tricky part can be to acknowledge the difference between hope, fear and/or an accurate intuitive response. I have found over the years, that particularly hope can scramble my signals; If I want something so badly, that my emotions cross from desire to neediness, it is harder to get a correct reading; the truth gets entangled in projections of hope.
But what can be an effective remedy for this? Constant repetition, and the ability to remain neutral to the outcome. And how do we remain neutral?
Well, here's how Theater Improv Guru, Keith Johnstone, from Canada, solved it, and I think it serves as a good example: He wanted to learn how to draw portraits of people's faces; he had always envied those who had the skill; who would just pick up a pencil, and from either memory or observation, could create the perfect spitting image of someone, on paper.
Now, he wasn't any good at it, and he knew that discouragement was just around the corner, if he was to let his first attempts be an indication of what he could achieve. So, he decided to make 2500 drawings! before he would make up his mind, whether this was something that he thought he could learn how to do, or not.
This way, he didn't mind that those first doodles were of a somewhat poorer quality; he had so many attempts remaining, before he would allow himself to assess his work. And of course: After 2500 practice rounds; he had gotten quite good.
And I know how it is when you're an enthused novice in the world of subjective communication; one eagerly anticipates marvelous results, or one tries half-heartedly, because doubt has partially quelled ones enthusiasm, even before you've tried.
So, practice on something that prevents you from attaching emotions to the eventual outcome, such as:
- What's in your mailbox today? A daily opportunity to check and attune your remote viewing, and what if you get it wrong the first times; no big deal!
- Choose a TV channel, and a certain time, say like 19.30, and before checking the TV guide, or turning on the TV; try to "see" what's on.

If anyone out there has other mental exercises, I'd love to hear about them:)
All the best,

Hi everybody!
I see there's quite a few out there who feel it unnecessary to join a live seminar; someone sound even a bit...dare I say miffed :) that Ken keeps prompting people to sign up for one of these.
I can relate, and somewhat agree, that it might not be necessary, BUT...it's highly recommended!
I have taken the BLS, the Ultra, the graduate and the mastery - seminar (with Ken Coscia by the way); I have also repeated most of these seminars, a number of times. Why? Because going through the exercises in a group, is a truly powerful experience. Plus, you get to share your experiences with other people, and it's a lot more giving to do so face to face, than over the Internet. Not to mention; to have an experienced Silva user, such as Ken or Laura, standing in front of you; emanating that certain state of 100% faith, is extremely contagious. One of my greatest challenges has always been doubt; to be in direct contact with someone who has overcome doubt, and to hear their stories of success, is a shot of B12 to your self esteem.
Read the books, join the online seminars, listen to the CDs; but the Silva, or any other kind of meditation, will be provided with that little extra oomph, when experienced in a large group.
Better and better!

Attended my first Silva class back in 1997 and have had some wonderful and quite extraordinary results along the way. And yet; I "fall off the wagon" occasionally, and forget how amazingly easy and rewarding these exercises can be. So, I have joined this summer class, to hopefully get back in the saddle, to create new and wonderful things in my, and other people's lives.
Good to know, that there are so many around the world, sharing the experience and exploring the same territories as myself.
I bid you all a pleasant ride! And may all your goals, if for the greater good;) come true!
