I'm not blind, just realistic. It seems you missed my point. There is not such thing as "reverse discrimination". Like I said, "Discrimination is discrimination no matter who it effects".

You are right, men make good leaders too. I was referring to the basis and points made in this story. The sad reality is, women on average still earn only 80% compared to the salaries of their male counterparts.
"it matters nothing at all what gender you are." Unfortunately, to some it does matter what gender you are.

This is fantastic! Women make good leaders and, these women are a fine example. As a woman I have faced discrimination. I was told I was taking a job away from a man by working. I have a right to support myself and my family. Women workers in any career should never face discrimination or get payed less just for being a woman.

Wouldn't that be nice if people were judged on their abilities and, not their gender, race...

I have seen plenty of men with large breasts. Yet, they can swim topless. This woman has no breasts, nothing to cover up.
