I get what you're saying, but I was hoping The Toast would be the one place I could go and not have to read about workouts, etc...Even though this isn't about workouts, it's on every other website and everyone has the same opinion that this woman sucks, yadda yadda yadda. I like the body-positive message Nicole is trying to send here and with the other workout pieces, but it's not new information that I can't find anywhere else and it still makes me feel bad about myself. I just wish there was a woman's website out there that didn't feel like they HAD to talk about working out (even if it's body positive). I'd just rather not have working out, nutrition, etc...thrown in my face no matter where I go on the internet.

But, you're right, that's my problem and my own issues, not The Toast's and I don't have to read it.
