This has come at a fantastic time for us; we're presenting about social media to an ad agency this afternoon. As we put together a collection of some of the video responses, I found at least two responses pushing back:

So while it's realistic to fear that a vocal minority can skew the conversation, there will also be other voices in the community to bring balance and another perspective. Sometimes forcefully so.

I tend to side with the Motrin Moms. Their anger is not just a way to push their babywearing message, Motrin has really touched a nerve.
