Questions to ponder:

How does it get any better than this?

Who does this belong to?

What is right about this I'm not getting?

Body, what do you want/need?

---------------------------------------------------

We are creators of our own reality. Maybe sometimes (often) unconsciously.
We are manifestors ALL the time, whether we manifest what we consciously "think" we want or not.

When we heal, it is our own consciousness that is carrying out the healing process - whether it be assisted by external agents (medicine, etc.) or not. In fact, there is a consciousness behind the biological processes, breathing, etc.

1. There are parts of my being that already knows how to heal this (etc.). (yes/no: muscle test/intuition).

yes ---- >

2. Those parts of my being are willing to inform the rest of me now. (yes/ no)

yes ---- >

3. My body, mind, and spirit are receiving this information. (yes/no)

yes ---- >

4. Information transfer is complete. (yes/no: may take some time; muscle test to know time: min/hr/day...)

The underlying premise being that our 'Self' comprises of many (conflicting) selves. Given that all "selves" - the whole being agrees-upon / knows how to heal, the healing will definitely take place; and that some part(s) of our being knows.

---------------------

Affirmations:

1. "My strength comes from within from a place that no one else can touch. I AM strong until I decide not to be. I decide what I AM. Today, I AM strong. I AM strong. I AM strong."

2. "My love comes from within from a place that no one else can touch. I AM love until I decide not to be. I decide what I AM. I decide. Today, I AM loving. I AM love. I love."

Vishen Lakhiani*

It was an invite to the awesomeness fest last time out (last year), rather than a lesson, with special focus on The Silva Method. Laura and Ken were there last year. Apparently, not this year.

Good day, freebird19

One possibility, in short, long relax three times a day, irrespective of any other meditation/etc. And then check by yourself whether you can with twice rather than three times, etc.

Hi Carmela,

That's just too amazing!!!

This video really prompted me to ask the question: "What else is possible?"
And the answer: "Everything!" If a dog can be trained to perform that complex, a set of sequential steps, what is possible for us? "Everything!!"

Thanks so much for sharing this!!!
Much love and success to you too.

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...

...that if you think you have nothing to lose, you win. If
you think you have something to win, you lose.

It all drives to motivation. Why are you doing what you
are doing right now? To avoid loss? To achieve gain?
Wrong reason both times. Life is not about win-and-lose.
Life is about being or not being, expressing or not
expressing, who you are.

Don't do things for personal benefit. And don't do things
to avoid personal damage. Do things to feel personal
authenticity. Then your life will make sense, no matter
what is going on around you.

It is clear why you have been told this today, yes?

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know...

...that strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an
indomitable will.

Mahatma Gandhi said that, and he was right. Boy, was he right! My father put this to me in another way. Often during my childhood he would say, "Never take 'no' for an answer." And he made it clear to me that by this he meant, not just from people, but from life.

Life is bendable to our will more than we know. Every single time? Every single instant? No. (Well, actually, yes...but that will probably not be our experience, unless we have reached Mastery.) But more than we know. In fact, that's the deal. If we don't know that life bends to our will, it will not. So the trick is to know that life is on our side -- and but awaits our command. Look what Gandhi did.
